Build Index

Any data on the sanction list, either by Upload List or by updating records one by one via the sanction list screen, must be indexed first in order to be used by the search engine. This is a very important step.

When the user clicks on the Build Index menu, it will show when and who built the last index and a list of index build history.

Click on the Rebuild Index (Build Index if this is the first time and no index has been build yet). It will use the sanction list information to build index for fast and accurate search.
