MIL WorkItem

CTR daily batch job will generate CTR and MIL worktiem based on the transactions and account/party information. This function is used to search CTR workitem and make decisions on them.

Search MIL WorkItem​

When the user clicks on the Workitem -> MIL menu, it will show the list of MIL workitem as below.

The user can review workitem in bulk mode, such as assign, change status or add comment.

MIL WorkItem details​

To view the workitem detail, click the Report ID link.

Review a WorkItem​

It will show the tool bar as below. Users can assign, add comment, add attachment, or change status based on the pre-defined workflow (see workflow section)
